Paul Lynch

Paul Lynch was appointed as CEO of Stream in November 2014; responsible for all aspects of Group operations. In 2011 Paul commenced work with Stream in a consulting capacity moving on to be appointed Group General Manager of Stream operations across Australia, New Zealand and the UK in early 2014.

Prior to joining Stream, Paul was a Director of Tough Problem Consulting and had a career spanning 20 years with the Suncorp Group. His last role at Suncorp being Executive General Manager responsible for the Integration of Suncorp and Promina.

Paul’s experience and knowledge has assisted leadership teams across the group to effectively come together.




Tony Perkins

Chief Financial Officer

Tony Perkins was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Stream in 2014, holding responsibility of all financial aspects across Group. He brings 12+ years of insurance industry knowledge after holding CFO positions at Wesfarmers Federation, Lumley General and Wesfarmers General Insurance. As the ERP Director at Goodman Fielder, he oversaw the roll out of SAP across Australian and New Zealand.

Tony has extensive experience in successfully managing acquisitions to achieve optimum financial outcomes as a result of company mergers. Prior to joining our team, Tony’s experience has seen him hold many senior financial positions across industries such as forestry, retail, manufacturing and banking. His insurance specific knowledge, experience and achievements ensures that he is well placed to provide financial services and commercial advice across all Stream businesses.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University.





Jim Jobson

Chief Operating Officer

Jim Jobson joined Stream in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer; responsible for aligning the Group’s delivery across all products & services, integrating staff operating environment and supporting clients.

Jim’s extensive experience covers operational claims management, leading change and execution of strategic plans. He has held senior management roles with Crawford’s, Ace Insurance and IAG which included responsibilities for integration of shared service units, key account management and supply chain performance. Jim’s detailed knowledge of processes, systems and customer claims expectations is a great compliment to our team.



Katherine Woollard

New Zealand Operations Manager

Katherine Woollard joined Stream in 2014 to oversee all aspects of our New Zealand operations, after working within the financial services sector for 15+ years. Her strategic leadership skills has enabled her to successfully manage large and complex operational teams that are focused on delivering a superior customer experience and finding policy solutions across a variety of product lines.

Kath has worked closely with third parties at a strategic level to grow their businesses using sustainable practices. With relationship and key account management experience, an ability to build and maintain risk frameworks to support legislation changes and effective process management skills, she is perfectly placed to manage all aspects of our NZ operations.

Before joining Stream, Kath managed multi-million dollar system rationalisation and migration projects that reduced organisational complexity, delivered improved customer service, reduce IT risks and enabled future growth.

General Manager – Christchurch Operations

Colleen Kaptein joined Stream in January 2015 to oversee the extensive earthquake rebuild and repair programme in Christchurch. Having held senior positions where she was responsible for event management, client relationship management, strategy, coaching and mentoring, we welcome Colleen’s extensive experience in her role as General Manager.

Colleen’s career has spanned over 15 years in the insurance and claims management arena. Her involvement in catastrophe event planning and response management, her ability to implement creative strategies for maximising operational and financial performance and her strong business development capabilities will provide the strong leadership that Stream needs within our Christchurch operation.

Colleen is responsible for all aspects of our earthquake operation in New Zealand.




Jim Pittman

General Manager – United Kingdom Operations

Jim Pittman joined Stream UK 2013 having previously worked with Stream as a self-employed consultant. Jim is responsible for bringing Stream into the UK and oversees all operational aspects of our European business.

Jim is a qualified claims loss adjuster and an Associate of both the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. Jim has held senior roles including Claims Director with Davies Loss Adjusters and Cunningham Lindsey Loss Adjusters in the UK.

Jim has worked across household property, commercial property and business interruption as well as liability and motor classes of business and has a vast range of experience in running and developing business in the insurance sector.




Bryce Hatton

General Manager – Business Services

Bryce Hatton joined Stream Group in 2013 to head our Australian operations. He has recently been appointed to oversee all Business Services across Group such as Human Resources, IT, Learning and Development, OH&S and Business Intelligence. He holds over 25 years management experience across all facets of the insurance industry.

Bryce is well known for building and leading high performing teams, developing high level business relationships with major customers and implementing structural change to businesses to improve processes and gain efficiencies.

Prior to joining Stream, Bryce held executive level positions at NTI and was accountable for their Australian and New Zealand operations across underwriting, claims and reinsurance divisions.

Bryce has a Dip AAII and an EMBA from Melbourne Business School.
